Where do you currently ship?
Right now we’re only shipping to the United States. We do plan to expand to more countries later, but for now we’re keeping it focused so we can make sure everything runs smoothly.

How long does delivery take?
Since every item is made after you order it, there’s a short production time first.
Most orders are made within a few days, and delivery usually takes about 5–10 business days depending on where you live.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email so you can see exactly where it is.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you catch it quickly, contact us and we’ll try to fix it before production starts.
If it’s already been made, still message us — we’ll try to help however we can.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
If there’s a mistake or damage, send us a photo within a few days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out. Simple as that.

Do you accept returns?
Because items are made to order, we can’t take general returns just for change of mind.
But if there’s an issue with your order, we won’t leave you stuck with it.

Why is production time needed?
We don’t mass-produce stock in advance. Your item is made after you place the order.
It takes a little longer, but it also means less waste and better quality control.

Will you ship worldwide later?
Yes. That’s the plan.
We’re starting with a few countries first so we can grow properly, not rush things and mess up the experience.
